Aedas returned to STORY Inc. Asia to produce a new film about Da Wang Jing a mixed use development in Beijing. The massive 571,878 sq m site consists of four Grade-A high-rise office buildings, a high-rise residential apartment building and a multi commercial exhibition complex. The Boy Who Collected Sound feature film

STORY Inc. Asia is proud to be producing the feature film The Boy Who Collected Sound along with 67 Pictures. "Unable to speak since birth, a shy young man must help his dying mother reconcile with her estranged family. Moving from the confines of their small council flat, the journey brings him into the untamed landscape of a remote island community". The Boy Who Collected Sound has been described as The King’s Speech meets The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. Screenplay by Steven Benedict & Conor Murphy and story by James Fair. Key crew include production manager David Byrne, executive producer James Phelan, producers Conor Murphy and Niall Phelan, and director Steven Benedict. The Boy Who Collected Sound will be shot on location in London, UK and Faroe Islands, Denmark in Autumn 2017.

TVC Group hired STORY Inc. Asia to produce The Economist's Connecting Companies: Strategic Partnership for the Digital Age podcast, sponsored by Telstra. Senior editor James Chambers interviews Steve Monaghan from AIA Group and Lawrence Morgan of Nest on their collaboration AIA Accelerator, powered by Nest, a 12-week accelerator programme to support innovative business and entrepreneurs on their paths to delivering break-through innovations and technologies. Nest is a HK-based investment incubator. AIA Group, world's largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian insurance group. The Economist offers authoritative insight and opinion on international news, politics, business, finance, science and technology and the connections between them. The Shoestrung music video

Londoners quartet The Shoestrung were brought into Hong Kong for the international art fair ARTHK by Mandy d’Abo founder and owner of the Cat Street Gallery. The gallery was one of the first in the Hong Kong’s new art hub Sheung Wan. Ann Tsang, the appointed luxury agency The Antithesis asked Story Inc. Asia to collaborate on a music video for the band’s new song Daily Bread. The video was shot on iPhones in and around SOHO & NOHO including a live performance at The Space and the recording session in the world class Red Room Studios in Aberdeen. Directed by Niall Phelan.
